Division of responsibilities before and after the handover of official seal

The transferor of the official seal shall bear the responsibility before the handover, and the receiver shall bear the responsibility after the handover. The official seal is the seal used by units and enterprises, and the official seal handover is to sign the corresponding official seal handover contract.

1. Before the handover, the transferor has the right to use the official seal and its legitimate income, and the transferor is responsible for any problems.

2. After the contract is signed, if there is any problem with the official seal, the receiver shall bear the responsibility and has no contact with the transferor.
