When looking for a job, I will visit a company. I am used to inquiring about the basic information of the company on the national enterprise credit information publicity system. Understand his basic registration and regulatory information of regulatory agencies. See if the registered capital of the company has changed. If it is from less to more, it may be that the company's business has expanded or new shareholders have joined. Further, you can go to the enterprise to check the company's shareholders and the company relationship under their names, and more comprehensively examine whether the company's background is strong.
At the same time, learn about the company's main business, look at the market share ratio, changes in recent years and so on. Perhaps the business products of this small company have not been put on the market, so it is necessary to communicate with peers in the industry to see if there is demand for such products and whether the profit model of the products is feasible.
In short, capital investment is needed to maintain the company's operation and do a good job in business and products. A well-developed business and product market can bring capital flow and make a company go further and better.
2. There are professionals
A company needs professionals to develop products, promote the market, operate products and manage the company. A start-up company, with limited resources, may not be so comprehensive in personnel investment. However, no matter how small a company is, if it wants to do business, make products or even survive, it must first have two professionals, one is a professional business and product developer, and the other is a professional marketer. Only with professional business and product developers can we quickly develop and upgrade our business and products according to the changes in market demand. On the other hand, only professional marketers can quickly promote business and products, sell them and collect first-hand market feedback in time.
A company must first make its own business survive, so that the company can survive. Of course, professionals in other fields are also important if company conditions permit.
3. A more perfect process system that conforms to the industry situation and is implemented in a humanized way.
Every industry has its own particularity. A company's process system should not only conform to the general labor relations, but also conform to the special situation of the industry. Some small companies may not have time to formulate a perfect employee handbook, but some common workflow systems should be available, such as the company's organizational structure, so that employees can understand the subordinate relationship between superiors and subordinates, the entry procedures, so that new employees can feel the company's formality and the company's welcome to new colleagues, the daily assessment system, so that employees can clearly know the attendance standards, the leave system, so that employees can take time off more conveniently, and the regulations for specific positions. Let new employees be more involved with these basic and commonly used workflow systems, even a small company will not feel "chaotic", so it can slowly bid farewell to "rule by man" and embark on formal and reasonable daily operations.
4. Have positive values and a sense of social mission.
Maybe you will find it difficult for small companies to survive. Where will it pay attention to its own values and social mission? As a social organization, the company is a member of the commercial society. Its values are to love the motherland and abide by the law, to operate in good faith and with reliable quality, and to care for the unity and friendship of employees. It is the social mission of enterprises to develop enterprises and products, meet social needs and promote employment and get rich through hard work. A company has no positive values and social mission, even if it is a company with unlimited scenery and huge volume, it will fall, go bankrupt and die one day.
