I remember when I first came, I was assigned to an engineering company as a builder. Because I am a novice in project management, I am not familiar with construction technology and project management. I'm always a little overwhelmed. With the guidance and help of my leaders and colleagues, I worked hard to learn the knowledge of gas, stayed at the construction site every day to consult my predecessors and workers' masters, and strived to improve the project management level. Under the arrangement of the company, I successfully completed the construction tasks of medium-voltage pipelines such as Gongshang Road, Cui Wen Road and Qicun Road in the park and urban areas. In 2006, he was stationed in Kunshan and was independently responsible for the operation of the Kunshan project of the engineering company. Successfully completed the construction of several municipal pipelines and industrial and commercial communities such as Xiaolin Road, Sunshine Century Garden Phase IV and Golden Harbor Phase III, and successfully passed the completion acceptance of Kunshan Gas Office. Due to the job transfer, I entered the design institute in-with a new post and new work content. As an ordinary designer of the company, I always pay attention to the development of the company. In 2000, in order to cooperate with the relocation of the company's South Ring Storage and Distribution Station, the dn400 medium-pressure pipeline over 7 kilometers from Dongfang Avenue needed to be designed and laid first, and I was assigned to take the lead in the design in the hospital. As Dongfang Avenue is the current road reconstruction, the terrain through which the pipeline passes is more complicated, including bridges, highways, rivers, brick and tile factories, gas stations, temples and the wholesale market of South Ring Bridge. I did a lot of on-site investigation, worked out the pipeline orientation scheme and laying scheme, and worked overtime to do it. At present, in the project implementation stage, I keep close coordination and communication with Party A, the construction unit and the supervisor, listen to the reasonable suggestions put forward by Party A, the construction unit and the supervisor with an open mind, and make corresponding modifications to ensure the smooth progress and timely completion of the project.
From 2000 to 2000, it was the peak period of the transformation and construction of medium-pressure pipe network in the park, with tight time and heavy tasks. Under the arrangement of the institute, it undertook the design task of medium-pressure pipeline reconstruction in the cbd area in the west of the park, including Su Road, Su Hui Road, Xinghai Street and other 10 roads, with a distance of nearly 10 km. In the scheme design stage, I braved the heat and rode a battery car to survey the pipe position on the first line, worked out the crossing point, and made a carpet survey on the location of each medium-pressure branch pipe, the gas stop range of the residential area involved in the transformation, and the location of the temporary gas supply pipeline. In order to ensure that the renovation period will not be delayed, I often look at the construction site during the day, work overtime in the office until late at night, and hand in the design plan before the deadline required by the owner. In order to ensure safety and reduce the difficulty of construction, the schemes were compared many times on site, and the influence of construction area on traffic, the connection mode and position of new and old pipelines, the installation position of control valve and the gas stop range when new and old pipelines collide were fully considered. Especially in Su Xiu Road, there are many branch pipes and contact points, which need to be stopped for many times, which has a great impact. On-the-spot investigation and comparison plan takes the most time, so that people ride the company's battery car on Su Xiu Road and think how the gas group's line inspection work came to the park. After many times of communication and optimization, the transformation design scheme successfully passed the internal review of Hua Gang Company and the review of the Park Planning Bureau. At present, 70% of the renovation and ventilation work has been completed, and the blue flame beating in the kitchen rooms of thousands of families warms every family and me, which strengthens my belief of continuous progress.
Although I was rated as "Top Ten Employees", I know there are still many things I haven't done enough, especially after entering the design industry, and there are still many things to learn.
