Liu Zhuang Coal Mine has been successively rated as "Top 100 Classic Excellent Projects" for the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China, "Luban Award" National Excellent Project, National May 1 Labor Award, National Super Safe and Efficient Mine of China Coal Industry Association, "Quality Investment Construction Project" of China Investment Association, First-class Safe and Efficient Mine of China Coal Industry Association, Anhui Advanced Collective, Anhui Quality Award Enterprise, and Anhui Advanced Collective for the Development and Innovation Project of 15 million employees.
The designed production capacity of Liu Zhuang Coal Mine is 8 million tons/year. Construction started in early 2003, and trial production was completed in June 65438+1October 65438+June 2006. The mine plans to invest 2.8 billion yuan, and has completed more than 2.6 billion yuan. In the process of vertical shaft construction in Liu Zhuang Coal Mine, the monthly footage records of similar vertical shafts in East China and the whole country have been refreshed many times, creating the advanced level of 800-meter deep vertical shafts in China. Among them, the intake shaft and return shaft of the western mine took less than 10 months, and all two wells reached the finish line. The monthly footage of the shaft has exceeded 100 meters for many times in a row, which respectively refreshed the records of frozen soil sinking and bedrock excavation of similar shafts in Huaibei area. The freezing depth of the return air shaft in the west area is 4 10 meter, and the freezing circle only takes 35.5 days, which is the shortest record of the same kind of shaft freezing circle in China. Liu Zhuang Coal Mine took the lead in adopting the three parallel construction technologies of "injection, freezing and drilling" in China, and the project won the first prize of Anhui Science and Technology Progress in 2005. All six shafts have been laid out in the mine construction. At present, underground roadway construction is under way. The first mining interview production is progressing smoothly, and the total footage of roadway has reached more than 20 thousand meters. Underground ventilation, transportation, drainage, communication, power supply and other systems have been formed. The ground construction of Liu Zhuang coal mine is progressing simultaneously. The tower of the first main shaft in Asia with a design height of 90.8 meters and the coal preparation plant supporting mine construction have been completed and put into use. The feasibility study report of Liu Zhuang Power Plant Phase I (2*600MW) project under design has passed the expert review of the State Electric Power Planning Institute.
