In fact, there are 2678 freight forwarding customers involved. Subordinate companies include Dalian Logistics Company, Tianjin Waidai, Qingdao Logistics Company, Shanghai Logistics Company, Ningbo Logistics Company, Xiamen Waidai and Guangzhou Logistics Company.
In 2003, China Ocean Shipping Logistics Co., Ltd. incorporated all the 15 joint venture agents directly under its headquarters into the TCSS (China Ocean Shipping Agency) customer satisfaction evaluation system.
As an integral part of the customer relationship management system of China Ocean Shipping Logistics Co., Ltd. (China Ocean Shipping Agency), it is not our ultimate goal to develop and implement the customer satisfaction evaluation system of China Ocean Shipping Logistics Co., Ltd. (China Ocean Shipping Agency).
