A representative who has personal debts or whose business license has been revoked due to enterprise reasons may not serve as the company manager. Article 146 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that a person without full capacity for civil conduct, who bears a large amount of personal debts and is the legal representative of an enterprise whose business license has been revoked due to violation of the law, and is personally liable, may not serve as a director, supervisor or senior manager of the company.
