How do unlisted companies raise funds by issuing stocks?

Unlisted stocks can be listed and traded in the New Third Board market, and the New Third Board stocks are traded in the OTC market (the trading platform for financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in China). The trading in the New Third Board market is inactive, with high risks and high trading threshold.

At present, the New Third Board is divided into three levels, namely, selection layer, innovation layer and foundation layer. The opening conditions of the selected layer are: daily average assets 10 trading days before opening 10 million or more, two years of stock trading experience, and C4 risk tolerance or above.
