Over the years, Hangzhou Iron and Steel Company has been doing environmental protection at all costs. Since the Ninth Five-Year Plan, * * * has invested more than 2 billion yuan in environmental protection management and technological transformation, and implemented a large number of environmental protection projects. Nine backward production lines with low level and high pollution load, such as horizontal round steel, section steel mill, wire rope and 5-ton small electric furnace, have been eliminated one after another, and new production lines with world advanced level, such as small continuous rolling, 80-ton high-power DC electric arc furnace and high-speed wire rod, have been built. At the same time, dozens of key pollution projects have been treated, and a number of wastewater and waste gas treatment projects have been built successively, such as water circulation in blast furnace power generation area, flue gas treatment in blast furnace tapping yard, dry gas dust removal in blast furnace, flue gas desulfurization in pellets, treatment and transformation of converter dust removal sewage, treatment and transformation of coking wastewater, coke oven pushing and coal-fired dust removal, secondary flue gas treatment in converter, dust removal in converter mixer, etc. The environmental quality of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Company has been significantly improved. By strengthening the recycling of smelting by-products, such as blast furnace gas, coke oven gas and converter gas, instead of burning coal in the heating furnace of steel rolling, the environmental pollution caused by gas emission is effectively reduced, and the black chimney with many points and wide areas in the factory is completely eliminated. The company successfully applied the residual pressure power generation technology at the top of blast furnace for the first time in China, filling the gap that there is no residual pressure power generation device for the domestic 1 100 blast furnace with a capacity of more than 255 ~ 1000 cubic meters, and was held as an example by the National Development and Reform Commission and China Iron and Steel Industry Association in Hangzhou. Long-bag low-voltage pulse dust removal system has also been successfully applied in the tail dust removal system of sintering machine in our company.
