If a listed company has abnormal financial conditions (including losses) or other circumstances, resulting in the risk of termination of listing, or it is difficult for investors to judge the company's prospects, and the investment rights and interests may be damaged, the Exchange will implement special treatment for the company's stock trading.
Special treatment is divided into special treatment for warning the risk of termination of listing (hereinafter referred to as "delisting risk warning") and other special treatment.
Measures to deal with delisting risk warning include:
(1) Add the word "*ST" before the abbreviation of the company's stock to distinguish it from other stocks;
(2) The daily increase and decrease of stock quotation shall be limited to 5%.
On the first day of resumption of listing, the daily rise and fall of stock quotation is not limited by the 5% mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
Other special treatment measures include:
(1) prefix the abbreviation of the company's stock with the word "ST" to distinguish it from other stocks;
(2) The daily increase and decrease of stock quotation shall be limited to 5%.
