What does LNB satellite TV mean?
LNB is short for Low Noise Blockconverter. The most common name in Chinese is Andhadhun. In fact, its function is to down-amplify, reduce the high-frequency satellite signal to 950MHz- 1450MHz and filter out the noise to amplify the real signal. Generally, it can be divided into C-band LNB(3.7GHz-4.2GHz) and Ku-band LNB (10.7 GHz-12.75 GHz). Because the satellite signal is quite weak before reaching the antenna, and the higher the frequency of coaxial cable transmission, the greater the signal loss, so LNB is needed to improve it.
