I. Main insurance liabilities:
During the insurance period, if any of the following happens to the staff of the Insured in People's Republic of China (PRC), the Insured shall be liable for economic compensation according to the laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and China (hereinafter referred to as "the law"), and the insurer shall be responsible for compensation according to the provisions of this Contract:
Working hours in the workplace due to work accidents;
(two) before and after working hours, engaged in preparatory or final work related to the performance of duties in the workplace, and was injured by a safety accident;
(three) during working hours and workplaces, due to the performance of duties by violence and other accidental injuries;
(four) during the business trip, injured or missing due to work reasons;
(five) injured by traffic accidents on the way to and from work;
(six) in working hours and jobs, sudden illness or died within 48 hours after being rescued;
(seven) other circumstances that should be identified as production safety accidents as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
Second, additional third-party responsibilities:
During the insurance period, if the staff legally employed by the insured engage in the insured's business in the insured's workplace, and a production safety accident occurs, resulting in the death of a third party, the insurer shall be liable for economic compensation according to law, and the insurer shall be responsible for compensation in accordance with the provisions of this additional insurance contract and the main insurance contract.
Three, additional rescue and accident handling expenses insurance liability
During the insurance period, the insurer shall also be responsible for compensation for the following expenses caused by the disability or death of the insured's staff and the necessary and reasonable rescue and accident treatment measures:
(1) on-site rescue expenses;
(2) Overtime, accommodation, transportation, meals and living allowance for the personnel involved in accident handling.
Four, additional medical expenses insurance liability
During the insurance period, if the staff of the insured is disabled or dies due to the circumstances listed in Article 4 of the main insurance clause, the insurer shall be responsible for the medical expenses that should be borne by the insured according to the provisions of this additional insurance contract and the main insurance contract.
