1. Decide the name and organizational form of the company;
2. Go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for pre-approval of the enterprise name;
3. After approval, receive the Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name;
4. Determine the business place, formulate articles of association and open an account in a bank;
5. Bring ID cards and other related materials to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for industrial and commercial registration.
According to Article 31 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Enterprise Legal Person Registration, the following documents and certificates shall be submitted to apply for industrial and commercial registration according to different situations:
(1) Application for registration;
(2) Proof of the amount of operating funds;
(3) the post-holding documents of the person in charge;
(4) Certificate of use of the business premises;
(5) Other relevant documents and certificates.
Legal basis: Article 31 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Enterprise Legal Persons shall submit the following documents and certificates according to different situations when applying for industrial and commercial registration:
(1) Application for registration;
(2) Proof of the amount of operating funds;
(3) the post-holding documents of the person in charge;
(4) Certificate of use of the business premises;
(5) Other relevant documents and certificates.
