I. Quantity and Time of Supply
The supply quantity depends on the processing and cooking needs of Party A's monthly dining students, and is supplied once a week, except in winter and summer vacations. Four. Delivery and acceptance of supplies

2. Party B's annual sales task is RMB yuan, and the minimum monthly sales task is RMB yuan. During the sales period, Party B shall purchase goods according to the monthly and quarterly sales plans. If 80% of the sales tasks are not completed for three consecutive months or 80% of the sales tasks are not completed for the whole year, Party A has the right to cancel Party B's distribution rights. No matter whether Party B waives its distribution right or Party A prohibits it, Party B shall unconditionally guarantee the sustained and stable development of Party A's products and cooperate with Party A in the handover of channels and markets.
