AVIC Shen Fei Civil Aircraft Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shen Fei Civil Aircraft", English name: AVIC Shen Fei Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd. (SACC)) was established in August 2007. It is a state-owned joint venture jointly funded by Shen Fei Company, Xifei International and AVIC Investment Co., Ltd.
