According to the inquiry (Aiqicha), Sinopec Tenth Construction Co., Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise. China Petrochemical Tenth Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Petrochemical Refining and Chemical Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd., which is located at the bank of Tangdao Bay in Qingdao West Coast New District, with a registered capital of 350 million yuan and total assets of 4 billion yuan. The company was established in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province on June 9th, 1953, formerly known as Taiyuan Engineering Company, Chemical Engineering Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Heavy Industry, and was renamed the Second Chemical Construction Company of the Ministry of Chemical Industry in February, 1965. 1970 10 was split into two parts, and Shandong Chemical Petroleum Construction Company was established in Shandong Province. 1978 10 was renamed as the tenth chemical construction company of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. 1983 was placed under China Petrochemical Company in August, and was renamed as China Petrochemical Tenth Construction Company, China Petrochemical Tenth Construction Company and China Petrochemical Tenth Construction Company.
