China Coal Pingshuo Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1982, and merged into China China Coal Group Corporation in June 1997, becoming the core production enterprise under the group. In 2006, the excellent assets of the former Pingshuo Coal Industry Company were merged into China Coal Energy Co., Ltd. (a listed company), and in August 2008 1 it was renamed as China Coal Pingshuo Coal Industry Co., Ltd., and in August 2002 1 it was renamed as China Coal Pingshuo Group Co., Ltd. China Coal Pingshuo has been certified by ISO900 1 quality management system, ISO 1400 1 environmental management system and OHSAS 1800 1 occupational health and safety management system. Pingshuo won the famous trademark of Shanxi province, and Pingshuo brand clean coal won the iconic brand-name products of Shanxi.
