What should I do if I check the fund settlement center of China Railway Corporation and there is no refund?

3. Call the customer service phone of the bank to which the bank card belongs and tell the customer service staff of the bank the serial number of the refund. The customer service staff of the bank will explain the refund and whether it has been received.
