Brief introduction of Shaanxi drum power

The Company was approved by Xi Municipal Government on April 26th 1999 "Reply on Agreeing to Initiate the Establishment of Xi Shaanxi Drum Power Co., Ltd." (municipal letter [1999] 19), and was initiated by five companies including Shaanxi Drum Group on June 30th. A joint stock limited company established by Shaanxi Drum Group as the main sponsor and four other sponsors.
