Construction background
Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway is jointly built and managed by Guangdong Highway Construction Company (Party A) and Hong Kong Hehe China Development Expressway Co., Ltd. (Party B), and invested by Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Zhuhai Expressway Co., Ltd. .. 198 1 June, 2006, the partners of both parties signed a letter of intent to jointly build Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Gongbei Expressway, and started the preliminary work of the project. By April of 1988, the research and approval of each stage were completed according to the capital construction procedures, the cooperation contract was signed and approved, the industrial and commercial enterprise registration and tax registration were completed, and Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Zhuhai Expressway Co., Ltd. was established in May of 1988. The board of directors of the company plans to spend more than one year to complete the preparatory work before construction, such as construction drawing design, land acquisition and demolition, and start construction in the winter of 1989.
Route direction
The total length of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway is 122.8km, and the speed limit is120 km/h. The lane is designed as two-way six-lane traffic, and street lamps are set on the whole line. Along the line are Guangdan, Daguan Road, Luogang, Xintang, Mayong, Wangniudun, Daoxian, Shigu, Houjie, Taiping, Wudimei, Chang 'an and Taiping.

In 2009, Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway was renumbered, and the whole section belonged to the south of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway. Among them, Huangcun Interchange to Hezhou Interchange and Shenhai Expressway * * * Line, and Huangcun Interchange to Huocun Interchange is also called Guangzhou Branch Line.
