Management system of laws, regulations and other requirements of China Railway X Bureau
Article 1 This system is formulated to standardize the identification and acquisition of laws, regulations and other requirements that should be observed by the overall quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and to provide effective legal basis and guidance for the overall management.
Article 2 This system is applicable to the identification, acquisition, communication and updating of applicable laws, regulations and other requirements related to quality, environment and occupational health and safety by all management functional departments and management.
Article 3 Other requirements shall refer to the relevant normative documents of the industry, local authorities, superiors, construction units and supervision units.
