Urgent ~ ~ ~! ! ! Identification and judgment of rolling bearing

Just talk about my own experience in using bearings. Looking directly at the bearing, you can look at its smoothness (or roughness) first, and you will know that the quality is good at a glance, needless to say. Looking further, you can hold the bearing in your hand and turn it hard to see if it turns smoothly and naturally without noise. A master can also feel the weight or something (I can't:)

I usually use nsk 6XXXX series bearings, which are really easy to use, but the price is more than twice as expensive as that made in China. But it has a long service life. Compared with most domestic bearings, one bearing can support two bearings. So the price is still relatively economical.

What other bearings have I used in Singapore? I forgot my name. The quality is between nsk and domestic products. I don't know the price, but the name of Singapore is on the bearing.

I used domestic bearings in Harbin, so it is more affordable to buy this kind. The quality is also good. But it's a little noisy after using it for a long time. It needs lubrication, otherwise it should rust.

There are not many shops selling professional bearings, so you can buy them in a crowded place in the hardware store. You don't have to go to a small shop (there may be places that sell auto parts, motorcycle parts and belts). Generally, fixed shops with such bearings will put up a very eye-catching brand. Let them issue invoices when buying, and generally do not give fakes.

China is one of the first countries in the world to invent rolling bearings. According to archaeological relics and materials, the earliest bearing with modern rolling bearing structure in China appeared in Xuejiaya Village, Yongji County, Shanxi Province from 2265438 BC to 207 BC. In 1280 (Yuan Dynasty), cylindrical rolling bearings were also used in ancient astronomical instruments in China. Although China was in the forefront of world civilization in the field of rolling bearing technology in history, it was very backward in the field of bearing industry in old China. After the founding of New China, especially since 1970s, bearing industry has entered a brand-new high-quality and rapid development period under the strong impetus of reform and opening up. In the past 50 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China, China bearing industry has made brilliant achievements that attract worldwide attention!

Bearings (rolling bearings for short) are widely used and strictly required supporting parts and foundation parts in the mechanical industry, which are called mechanical joints. Due to the wide application range, the types and complexity of bearings are determined. Because of strictness, the importance of bearing quality and performance is determined. Bearing manufacturing industry is a precision basic parts manufacturing industry, and its accuracy is measured by 0.00 1 mm, while the manufacturing tolerance of ordinary mechanical parts is generally only 0.01mm. The noise and vibration of motor depend on the bearing quality to a great extent. The swing difference and temperature rise of high-precision machine tool spindle are closely related to bearing quality. The bearing performance in the racemization device of communication satellite directly affects its communication effect; The failure of key bearings in aerospace will cause serious accidents. In a word, the accuracy, performance, life, reliability and various economic indicators of the main engine in industry, agriculture, national defense, science and technology, household appliances and other fields are closely related to bearings, and the development of bearing industry is also related to the manufacturing level of major technical equipment and the export capacity of mechanical equipment in China. Bearing plays an increasingly important role in national economy and national defense construction.

Before the founding of New China, the bearing manufacturing industry was almost blank. Bearings needed for mechanical equipment matching and maintenance basically depend on imports. At that time, there were only some bearing factories and shops in wafangdian city, Shenyang, Shanghai and Changzhi, Shanxi, but none of them could independently produce four parts of bearings (inner and outer rings, rolling bodies and cages). The annual output of bearings in China is only138,000 sets. In the 50 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the bearing industry has developed rapidly, with bearing varieties from few to many, product quality and technical level from low to high, and industry scale from small to large.

The development course of bearing industry can be roughly divided into three stages:

(1) Foundation Stage (1949~ 1957): Wafangdian Bearing Factory resumed production on 1949, becoming the first independent bearing manufacturer in China. During the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, Wafangdian Bearing Factory was partially moved to Harbin, and Harbin Bearing Factory was completed and put into operation in April of 195 1. 1953, four central factories and more than 10 satellite factories were formed in Shanghai bearing industry, including Qin Fuxing collar factory, Shanggong bearing factory, Rong Tai New Machine Factory and Jinxing Iron Factory. With the assistance of the former Soviet Union, Luoyang Bearing Factory, one of the key projects of China 156, broke ground at the end of March and started trial production of136,000 sets 1957 ordinary bearings. So far, the four production bases of China bearing industry, Wafangdian, Harbin, Luoyang and Shanghai, have begun to take shape, laying the foundation for the development of bearing manufacturing industry. 1957, the national bearing output exceeded100000 sets for the first time.

(2) System formation stage (1958~ 1977): This stage is in the five-year plan development period from the First Five-Year Plan to the Fifth Five-Year Plan, which brings new opportunities to the bearing industry. In the middle of the First Five-Year Plan, Luoyang Bearing Factory passed the national acceptance in July 1958 and was successfully completed and put into operation. Shanghai bearing industry began to form a bearing industrial base with local characteristics; Wafangdian and Harbin Bearing Factory have been enriched and improved and made great progress. At the same time, scientific research and factory design institutions such as Luoyang Bearing Research Institute and the Tenth Design and Research Institute directly under the Ministry were established. During this period, the bearing manufacturing industry developed rapidly in supporting new products for key mainframes, and began to produce automobile universal joint needle bearing, magneto bearing, machine tool spindle bearing and precision bearing, and trial-produced some supporting bearings for railway locomotives, rolling mills, heavy machinery, petroleum industry, aviation generators, tanks and other mainframes.

During the second five-year plan period, in order to adapt to the development of agricultural mechanization, 38 bearing factories (points) were built in Chengdu, Hangzhou, Hefei, Wuxi, Jinan, Yantai, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Kunming and Changsha, which ushered in the first development peak of bearing industry in China. These bearing factories will develop into key enterprises in various provinces and cities in the future.

During the "Third Five-Year Plan" period, that is, from the mid-1960s, the investment in bearing industry construction in China was concentrated in the third-tier areas far from the developed coastal industries. In the construction of the third line, a number of bearing factories have been built in the southwest, northwest and central south regions, such as Hongshan in Guizhou, Guiyang, Lanzhou, Hailin in Gansu, Haihong in Shaanxi, Haishan in Qinghai and Xiangyang in Hubei, further improving the enterprise layout. Among them, Xiangyang Bearing Factory mainly produces automobile bearings. In the 1970s, that is, during the "Fourth Five-Year Plan" period, the bearing industry developed synchronously with the Second Automobile Factory and became a new automobile bearing production base. A number of local small and medium-sized bearing factories have been established one after another, forming the second development peak of China bearing industry. In the climax of building factories in the early 1970s, there were more than 600 rolling bearing manufacturers in China. During this period, short cylindrical roller bearings, self-aligning roller bearings and tapered roller bearings all developed rapidly, and the varieties and specifications of bearings became more and more complete. By the beginning of the Fifth Five-Year Plan, China bearing manufacturing industry had gradually established five distinctive production bases, namely Wafangdian, Harbin, Luoyang, Xiangyang and Shanghai bearing industry, as well as scattered small and medium-sized bearing enterprises. We have also established comprehensive scientific research factory design institutions and specialized factories for process equipment and testing instruments in some industries, forming a bearing industry system with basically reasonable layout, perfect scientific research production and logistics support. According to the statistics of 1977 17 1 large enterprises, the total industrial output value reached 1 1 100 million yuan (70-year constant price), bearing output1.200 million sets and employees1.

(3) High-quality and rapid development stage (1978 ~1999):1978 The convening of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee opened a brand-new page in the history of China, and a magnificent tide of reform surged across the motherland. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory, the bearing industry has continuously promoted reform, opened wider to the outside world, accelerated development, achieved great liberation of productive forces, significantly enhanced its comprehensive technical and economic strength, and increased its international influence. The industrial outlook has undergone historic changes, setting off the third wave in the history of bearing industry development.

During the "Sixth Five-Year Plan" period, the bearing industry carried out the policy of "three highs and one improvement" of the Ministry of Machinery, and further improved the production layout, enhanced the short-term product production capacity and improved economic benefits through technological transformation and technology introduction. At the same time of technology introduction, we have carried out technical exchanges and cooperation with famous bearing companies such as SKF in Sweden, NTN in Japan, NSK and Timken in the United States. During this period, new products such as sealed bearing, joint bearing, linear motion bearing, combined bearing, rotating arm bearing and harmonic drive bearing were also developed, and the bearing design level gradually approached (or partially reached) the advanced level of similar products abroad. Among them, the 777/650 rolling mill bearings produced by Wafangdian Bearing Factory have reached the international advanced level and won the national silver award for quality products. The spindle bearings (3182120-3182, 2268 120-2268 122) produced by Harbin Bearing Factory have won the national high quality. The B3-706 and B3-707 precision optical coordinate boring machine spindle bearings designed by Luoyang Bearing Factory won the national gold medal for quality products.
