After examination, the court held that Shi Tian Hehua Company sued Shenzhen Wan Ze Company and Wan Ze Group Company to move out of three plots of land in D3 plot of East Road of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, which did not prevent Shi Tian Hehua Company from enjoying the right to possess, use, benefit and dispose of the plot and the above-ground buildings. Therefore, this case belongs to a lawsuit filed for eliminating the obstruction dispute. The result of this case is to reject the appeal and uphold the original judgment, that is, the ownership of the Sea Plaza project belongs to Shenzhen Wan Ze Company.
