The liquidation team shall choose or be appointed by the superior to be responsible for the whole liquidation work. After the bankruptcy declaration, the specialized agency designated by the court receives, manages, cleans up, evaluates and disposes of the bankrupt's property. After the court declares the debtor bankrupt, the debtor can't manage his own property. As a national judicial organ, the court is not convenient to directly manage and sell the bankrupt's property. As a temporary organization, the creditors' meeting only represents the interests of creditors, not the interests of debtors, and cannot manage and liquidate the bankrupt's property.
