From 2002 to 2003, I worked in the International Accounting Standards Board (London, UK) and participated in the research and formulation of international financial reporting standards.
At present, the Standards Division of the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance headed by Dr. Lu is mainly responsible for formulating and managing accounting standards and accounting systems related to financial enterprises, including accounting policies and accounting treatment related to commercial banks, insurance companies, securities companies and futures companies. To study and deal with accounting problems related to financial instruments and insurance contracts; To study and coordinate laws and policies on financial accounting standards and financial supervision; Supervise and inspect the implementation of relevant accounting standards and accounting systems of financial enterprises; Analyze and count the accounting information of financial listed companies and state-owned financial enterprises; Guide local governments to implement relevant accounting standards and accounting systems for financial enterprises.
