Difference between Qilu Expressway and Shandong Expressway

Now there is no difference between Shandong Expressway and Qilu Expressway. All refer to the expressways built, maintained and operated by Shandong Expressway Group in Shandong Province.

Before 2020, Shandong Expressway and Qilu Expressway refer to expressways built, maintained and operated by Shandong Expressway Group and Qilu Transportation Development Group respectively.

Shandong Expressway Group Co., Ltd. was established on July 2, 1997. Qilu Communications Development Group Co., Ltd. was established on June 30, 20 15.

In 2020, after the Shandong Provincial Government merged Shandong Expressway Group and Qilu Transportation Development Group, the new organization was still called Shandong Expressway Group. From then on, there is no difference between Shandong Expressway and Qilu Expressway.
