1On August 28th, 996, Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. was established. On April 8, 2002, it was officially renamed as Beiqi Foton Automobile Co., Ltd., and on February 6, 2002, Beiqi Foton Daimler Automobile Co., Ltd. obtained the business license. On September 2, 20 17, Futian Fortune Light Automatic Transmission Co., Ltd. was established as a joint venture with German Fortune AG.
