By strengthening leading enterprises, building bases, making orders, expanding markets and strengthening intermediaries, the city's agricultural industrialization has been continuously promoted to a higher level.
1, leading enterprises continued to grow.
In the selection of leading agricultural enterprises in Jingzhou in 2003, we declared 10 enterprises, among which Hubei Wang Chunhua Juice Co., Ltd., Yindali Rice Company and Yun Qi Company were rated as leading agricultural enterprises in Jingzhou. Shanghai Wang Chunhua Group and Canadian Wananli Company jointly invested 50 million yuan to build a new concentrated fruit juice project with an annual processing capacity of 50,000 tons. The project fully introduces Italian orange juice processing technology and international advanced orange juice processing production line, and is the largest and most modern fruit and vegetable juice processing base in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River.
2. Market intermediary organizations have developed rapidly.
There are 682 development intermediary organizations in the city, with an annual transaction volume of more than 430 million yuan, and online farmers 135300 people, covering an area of 7 12000 mu. Yun Qi Pig Production and Marketing Association, Tian Ge Goose Industry Production and Marketing Association, Xingmin Dioscorea zingiberensis Association, He Jie Edible Fungi Production and Marketing Association, Citrus Production and Marketing Association and other industries will emerge as the times require, driving the city's industrial development.
Songzi Citrus Production and Marketing Association was established in 2002, which is the first citrus industry association in the province, and our city is the first county and city in the province to realize the management of citrus industry association. In the past three years, the city has newly developed 80,000 mu of citrus base, and the Association has provided more than 5 million seedlings, provided farmers with technical training 100 times per mu, and distributed 220 CDs. Nursery stock supply is subject to "association procurement, township participation, expert signature and lifelong responsibility", and citrus sales is based on the platform of association and the policy of "leading sales, perfecting network, unifying prices and improving efficiency", which greatly increases the price of citrus in our city and benefits fruit farmers. Last year, the city added six citrus post-harvest processing production lines, and 40 tons of citrus were successfully exported to North America. In September this year, the "First Citrus Production and Marketing Convergence Meeting in Songzi City" sponsored by the Agricultural Bureau and undertaken by the Association was successfully held. 57 merchants from 22 counties and cities in 1 1 province attended the meeting and signed a citrus sales contract at the scene, with a contract amount of 22 million yuan, which solved the problem of citrus sales.
Private farms are in the ascendant.
Private farm is a new type of rural economic organization that has developed rapidly in our city in recent years. According to statistics, there are 51/kloc-0 farms in the city, covering an area of 33,555 mu, accounting for 3.6% of the city's planting area. The accumulative investment is 4 1.29 million yuan, the annual sales income is 44.26 million yuan, 2,667.5 households are driven by radiation, accounting for 15.4 of the total number of households, which drives farmers to build a base of 20,908 mu, absorbs 5,660 social laborers, introduces demonstration new varieties 105, and adopts 48 new technologies. No matter the size of the farm, it has played a pioneering and leading role in moderate scale operation, practical technology demonstration, strengthening the dominant position in the market and improving the comparative benefits of agriculture. For example, Huazi Planting Co., Ltd., founded by Comrade Liu Shenbi, the retired director of our bureau, has been operating as a company for more than 6 years, with an accumulated investment of 1 more than 10,000 yuan. At present, it has an area of 500 mu of fruit forest, 20 long-term employees and 7 formal employees, which has driven eight surrounding villages to develop more than 2,000 mu of high-quality fruits.
