Why do we say we can't go beyond workplace reporting?

Leapfrog reporting has always been regarded as a minefield that cannot be trampled on in the workplace, because leapfrog reporting is a disrespectful thing in the workplace. Improper operation will not only offend the boss, but also leave a bad impression on the superior.

Going beyond reporting is like a double-edged sword. In this case, you are willing to take the risk of holding a sword and committing suicide.

First, leapfrog reporting. No matter what you talk about, as long as your boss doesn't summon you, you are in danger. The boss thinks you treat him like a villain. The boss's boss may really appreciate your talent, but at the moment you turn around, he can't help but think that you are ambitious. People in high positions dare to be ambitious.

Second, leapfrog reporting will lead to misunderstanding between superiors. There are unspeakable complex relationships and contradictions between bosses, perhaps at work or in life. When you don't go beyond the normal rules and procedures, your boss will think that you look down on him and don't trust him. What's more frightening is that some problems such as your boss's work style are likely to be betrayed by you. The suspicion between bosses is increasing because of your meddling.

Third, overstepping the report will make other non-parties who don't know the truth regard you as a villain. In order to avoid suspicion, they will alienate you and dare not deal with you. Or maybe I think you are a snob who flatters. You think your boss is not worth photographing, but you actually photographed your boss's boss. Isn't it obvious to embarrass the boss?

So, don't go over the top.
