4. 1 Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name;
5. Articles of Association signed by all shareholders (promoters) (1 original);
6. Qualification certificate of shareholders (promoters) (1 copy, original identity certificate of natural person, official seal of unit qualification certificate, marked "consistent with the original");
7. Employment documents of the legal representative, executive director/chairman, directors, supervisors and manager (original 1 copy) and their identity certificates (copy 1 copy) (original identity certificate of the legal representative);
8 residence (business premises) information application materials (to be filled in when applying);
9. If the paid-in capital is filed at the same time, the limited liability company shall submit the capital contribution certificate with the company's capital verification certificate number (original 1 copy); A joint stock limited company submits a capital verification report or bank confirmation letter issued by an accounting firm (1 original);
10. If laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council stipulate that the establishment of a company must be approved, relevant approval documents or licenses shall be submitted (1 copy, with original inspection).
