Relationship between Luning Coal Industry and Mengjiayao Coal Industry

Cooperation, the coal mining company established by Lu 'an Group Luning Mengjiayao Coal Industry Co., Ltd. in 2007 is the first resource integration mine of Lu 'an Group Luning Coal Industry Company. The mine was merged, reorganized and integrated by Luning Coal Company in 2007. The mine consists of the original Li Jiayao mine, Mengjiayao mine, Mengjiayao joint mine, Lijiashan joint coal mine, Ma Lian ditch coal mine, Xizhangjiagou coal mine, Sulphur ditch coal mine and some new resources, which was approved by the Office of the Leading Group for the Merger and Reorganization of Coal Mining Enterprises in Shanxi Province. It is the key construction project of Xinzhou City and Lu 'an Group during the 11th Five-Year Plan period.
