3. Where a joint stock limited company increases its registered capital by offering, it shall also submit the approval documents of the the State Council Securities Regulatory Authority;
4. If the company reduces its registered capital, submit a newspaper sample that publishes the announcement of capital reduction;
Note: These Standards are applicable to companies established in accordance with the Company Law and the Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration.
[5] A capital verification certificate issued by a legally established capital verification institution shall also be submitted for the change registration of paid-in capital.
[6] Registration of change of business scope shall also be submitted: the business scope for which the company applies for registration includes items that must be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations and the State Council decisions, and relevant approval documents or copies of licenses or permits shall be submitted.
According to the law of our country, minors under the age of 10 or mental patients who can't recognize their own behavior are persons without civil capacity, and their legal representatives are agents for their civil activities.
