Brief introduction of national oil company of Thailand

The National Petroleum Company of Thailand, also known as Petroleum Authority of Thailand (PTT), is one of the two major departments under the Ministry of Industry of Thailand (Mineral Resources Bureau and Petroleum Administration Bureau). As an economic entity, PTT exercises the management right of oil and gas resources in Thailand on behalf of the government. Its main business is: responsible for the exploration and development of government-owned oil resources; Responsible for petroleum refining and storage and sales of petroleum products; Responsible for the utilization, management and transportation of oil and the processing and treatment of natural gas. Headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, PTT is a listed company controlled by the Thai government.
