Wherein it is arranged in the rising part.
Usually, the steam trap is installed under the condensate drainage equipment. However, if a trap is to be installed above the condensate drainage equipment, a lifting joint needs to be installed in front of the trap, so that the condensate can flow into the trap smoothly. Lifting fittings: It can also be called "suction fittings". When the discharge position of condensed water is low, it can suck condensed water to a high place and guide it to the front.
Outlet side recovery pipe
There should be a certain allowance for the diameter of the condensed water discharged from the steam trap, at least to prevent the influence caused by steam hammer or pressure loss. In addition, when the recovery pipe is connected with several water collecting pipes (return pipe), it should be made into a certain inflow angle to facilitate the flow of condensed water.
When the pipeline on the outlet side is flooded.
When the condensed water is discharged into the drainage ditch, if the drainage pipe directly extends into the water, it is easy to cause the danger of splashing condensed water. If it must be submerged by water, in order to prevent the water in the drainage ditch from flowing back into the trap when the steam stops, a hole should be made in the drainage pipe or a vacuum regulating valve should be installed.
Setting of condensate collecting device
When a steam trap is installed in the steam transmission pipeline, it is necessary to design a condensate collection device.
It can effectively collect condensed water at the initial stage of ventilation and under the condition of fast flow rate, which is beneficial to the better work of the trap. If there is no condensed water collection device, it is easy to cause the condensed water not to be discharged, and the entrance is blocked by garbage and scale.
Recovery of condensate pipes with different pressures
For condensate pipelines with different pressure conditions, it is necessary to design condensate recovery pipelines for each different pressure or install flash legs for recovery. Once the high-pressure condensed water flows into the low-pressure recovery pipe, it will evaporate again due to the temperature difference of condensed water, resulting in noise, steam hammer and other adverse effects.
