Overview of Yihai Energy Company

Yimei Group Qinghai Yihai Energy Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned company established in Qinghai Province in June 2003 in response to the call of the country's western development. The company is headquartered in Delingha, where the state capital of Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is located, with more than 2,600 employees. The company has two open-pit mines and one mine, which are located in Muli Coalfield of Tianjun County and Dameigou Coalfield of Dachaidan Committee. The main coal types are 1/3 coking coal, 1/2 weak caking coal, medium caking coal, non-caking coal and long bituminous coal, which have the characteristics of low sulfur, low phosphorus and ultra-low ash, and are high-quality coking coal blending, excellent power coal and civil coal. Dameigou Mine was completed and put into operation in June 2008, which is one of the mines with the best equipment level and the highest degree of modernization in Qinghai Province. In September, 2009, the safety production facilities passed the acceptance in Qinghai Province; in March, 20 10, they passed the "Five Excellent" mine acceptance in Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology; in October, 2065438, they passed the first-class safety quality in Qinghai Province. In April of 20 10, the safety production facilities in Muli Mine passed the inspection and acceptance in Qinghai Province.
