The Historical Evolution of Yijun Group

Li Chuanbing, the actual controller of the company, began to engage in glass sales in March 1986, and set up Mao Qi glass processing factory in March 1988; 1995 Mao Qi glass processing factory moved to Wuhan. In 2000, Jingzhou Yijun Glass Group Co., Ltd. was established. In the same year, Jingzhou Yijun Group established two business entities as the main investor. One is to invest in Hubei Yijun Trading Co., Ltd.; Second, Wuhan Yijun Glass Processing Co., Ltd. was established as a joint venture with Yuneng Hong Kong Co., Ltd. In 2003, 638 mu of land was purchased in Jingzhou Development Zone to build a 600-ton/day float glass production project, and investment and construction began in 2005. In 2007, asset integration was implemented, and Jingzhou Yijun Glass Co., Ltd. (formerly Jingzhou Yijun Glass Trading Co., Ltd.) absorbed and merged the former Jingzhou Yijun Glass Group Co., Ltd.
