1. system structure
According to the SCOR model recognized in the field of supply chain management, a complete supply chain management system should include five processes: planning, purchasing, production, distribution and return. This system basically contains the main parts of these five processes. The database of this system adopts SQL SERVER 2000, which can be accessed either through the client of EXCEL server or through the WEB.
2. System functions
Supply chain management is huge and complex, involving all aspects of enterprise operation, but this system simplifies supply chain management to some extent. This system is divided into six parts: planning management, purchasing management, inventory management, production management, distribution management and return management, as shown in the following figure.
The plan management part includes market demand forecast and purchase plan.
The procurement management part includes supplier information, supplied products, purchase orders and inquiry forms.
The inventory management part includes location table, bill of materials, inventory table, warehousing table and delivery table.
The production management part includes BOM, material demand planning and production products.
The distribution management part includes customer information and sales order management.
The return management part includes the return registration form. ?
