Is the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway state-owned or foreign-funded?
Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway is made in China. At present, the route direction of Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway is a preliminary plan. The pre-feasibility study of Hangzhou-Changsha section of Shanghai-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Line was compiled by China Railway Fourth Bureau and China Railway First Bureau, and the pre-feasibility study of Changsha-Kunming section was compiled by China Railway Second Bureau and China Railway Third Bureau. According to the preliminary route scheme provided by China Railway Fourth Hospital and China Railway Second Hospital, the section from Hangzhou to Changsha enters Changsha along the existing Shanghai-Kunming line and introduces the new Changsha station under construction of Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line. The section from Changsha to Kunming leads from Changsha South Station (Muyun City) and reaches Kunming in the west.
