General situation of Jiangpinghe hydropower station project

Laishui Jiangpinghe Hydropower Station is located in the upper reaches of Laishui River in zouma town, Hefeng County, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hubei Province. It is the leading power station among the five cascade hydropower stations (Jiangpinghe Hydropower Station, Linxihe Hydropower Station, Jiangya Hydropower Station, Guanmenyan Hydropower Station and Changtanhe Hydropower Station) planned for the main stream of Laishui. As a provincial-level key project in Hubei Province, the total installed capacity of the power station is 450,000 kilowatts, and two 225,000-kilowatt Francis turbine-generator sets will be built. The dam height of the power station reservoir is 2 19 meters, the dynamic investment of the project is more than 3.5 billion yuan, the normal water level of the reservoir is 470 meters, and the total storage capacity is 65.438+36.6 million cubic meters. The dam of power station reservoir is 2 19 meters high, which is the second highest concrete face rockfill dam in the world at present. The dam site is apart from zouma town 16km, passing through zouma town to Hefeng county, 84km, and passing through zouma town to Shimen county 167km. Laishui is the largest tributary of Laishui, with a total length of 250km and a drainage area of 5048 km. The upper reach of Linxi River is the upper reach of Laishui River, with a length of 130km. The dam site of Jiangpinghe Hydropower Station controls the watershed area of 2 140km. The project has the benefits of power generation and flood control, and improves the upstream shipping conditions. This project is a class I project with a large scale (1). The project hub consists of concrete face rockfill dam, right bank spillway (including tunnel spillway and spillway tunnel), left bank diversion and power generation system and other buildings. There are two installed power stations with a total installed capacity of 450 MW.
