Annual Summary and Self-evaluation of the Company Part I
Time flies, 20 years have quietly waved goodbye to us. Looking back on my work and life in the past year, I feel a lot. Usually busy, there is not much time and opportunity to sit down and summarize the work. Throughout the year, you need to calm down and sum up the gains and losses in your work in the past year, find out your own shortcomings, and make arrangements and plans for your work in the coming year. I will summarize this year's work as follows:
First, strengthen study and pay attention to practice.
In my daily work, I listen carefully to my master's experience, keep records, and practice it by myself in my work, so that my work level can be continuously improved through continuous learning experience and pro-practice. For example, although I was very tired in the process of repairing the intake valve of the gas holder, I learned the disassembly method of the single-acting cylinder, the structure and action mode of the cylinder and piston from the leader through personal operation and eye observation. After the overhaul of the inlet valve of the gas holder, I have a deeper understanding of the single-acting actuator.
Second, sum up experience and improve efficiency.
There are many repetitive problems in daily work. If you make a good summary, you will get twice the result with half the effort. For example, based on two years' experience, we summed up the specific situation that instruments in the installation area need heat preservation in winter. As soon as this winter passed, the instrument staff took measures for the instruments that needed heat tracing and insulation, and achieved good results, and the instruments operated normally. In 20__ years, I will continue to sum up experience, improve work efficiency and ensure the smooth and successful completion of the work.
Third, unite and coordinate well.
In the past 20 years, the relationship between colleagues has become closer and closer. In the class, we coordinate our work to complete the task together, and have fun after work, which unconsciously enhances our intersection and friendship. In 20__ years, I will try harder to be myself and further develop my relationship with my colleagues.
Fourth, find shortcomings and strive for perfection.
After working for 20__ years, I also saw my own shortcomings.
First: I don't know much about some specious problems. For example, I am not familiar with Siemens positioner and aw series actuators, so I can't find the problem well. Solution: summarize the information afterwards, make records, summarize the solutions to each step of the problem, and review it repeatedly.
Second: it is easy to be unfamiliar with software that is not commonly used. In the use of PACTware, it shows that the accidental use completely forgets the steps and has to check the information again. Solution: summarize the information, check it frequently, improve your familiarity, and you will be at your fingertips when you need it next time!
In a word, we have made some achievements in the past year, but there is still a certain gap compared with our own requirements. I will continue to strive to overcome and improve in my future work.
Annual Summary and Self-evaluation of the Company Part II
I joined the project department of X Company in early 20__. During my one-year work in X Company, I have made great progress and gained a lot in my thought, study and work through my own continuous efforts under the careful cultivation and teaching of the unit leaders and colleagues. Through this year's work and study, I have a new understanding and feeling about the post of engineer. The following is my self-summary in the year of 14:
First, the ideological aspect.
Thought is the guide to action. If a person wants to do a good job, he must first establish his own work goals. As a party member, I strictly demand myself, consciously accept the supervision and help of party member and my colleagues, persistently overcome and make up for my own shortcomings, at the same time actively understand state affairs, earnestly study the party's new principles and policies, constantly improve my party spirit and keep consistent with the party; As a member of the company, I seriously study and infiltrate the company's mainstream cultural concepts, and apply them to practical work to keep consistent with the company.
Second, work.
I start from doing my own job and daily work, from me, and from now on, I always believe that a hard work and a harvest, so I have been working hard, studying hard and working hard. Start from the small things around you and persevere, love your job, be able to treat every job correctly and seriously, get into work, get to work on time, make effective use of working time and stick to your post. Due to the tight schedule and many tasks, we can ensure that all tasks are completed on time and the project goes smoothly, which shows that our builders have a strong sense of responsibility and carry forward the spirit of continuous work and hard struggle. I do my best and make unremitting efforts in my work. I will constantly improve my job skills, strive to master my job knowledge, be the backbone and expert of my job, and do my job in a down-to-earth manner.
Third, study.
As a new employee of Class 20, only by constantly improving their knowledge and technical level can they complete their work better. Ask the master and other colleagues for advice when you encounter problems you don't understand in your work. Usually go to the construction site, see more and ask more questions, and constantly increase your on-site experience. You should also seriously study some management systems and norms of the company and have a certain understanding. In the work, we should be strict with ourselves according to the company's norms and management standards. Of course, I still have many shortcomings: lack of experience, lack of solid knowledge and technical level, and so on. I will definitely redouble my efforts, constantly improve myself and improve my working ability.
Summing up my work in the past year, I always suddenly find that I have grown a lot this year, both in my work ability and in dealing with people. But I still need to continue studying, and I hope I can be better in the new year. Contribute to the development of the company.
Chapter III of the Company's Annual Summary and Self-evaluation
First, it is very important to regard employees' self-evaluation as part of the company's performance appraisal process. In order to encourage employees to participate in the company's performance evaluation process and ensure effective dialogue between managers and employees, you can use the same form in the company's regular performance evaluation process, or create a slightly modified version.
Second, the purpose of employee self-assessment is to obtain employees' self-views on their performance. This is a powerful way to give employees a chance to speak during the whole performance appraisal process. Sometimes, managers worry about the value of self-evaluation and think that employees will simply give themselves praise and higher scores in an attempt to improve their actual evaluation level. Experience shows that the opposite trend is true. When we evaluate ourselves, we are often more severe than others.
Third, managers get employees' personal opinions, and self-evaluation is a very valuable way for companies to get more information about employees' performance. It can also help managers to be ready to deal with differences of opinions or opinions at any time, and deeply understand the expectations of employees.
Align employees' goals with those of the company.
The importance of creating SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-limited) goals for enterprises lies in linking employees' goals with higher-level organizational goals. You have created this very important "big environment" for employees' work. This can help employees understand why their work is important and how their work contributes to the success of the whole organization.
Practice has proved that linking employees' goals with those of higher authorities, branches and even the whole enterprise creates a "big environment" that makes personal goals consistent with organizational goals, and also makes employees feel that their work is very important, which is very important for their performance development.
