Nanshan Holdings is a joint-stock company incorporated in China, listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 0023 14) and headquartered in Shekou, Shenzhen.

Nanshan Holdings is mainly engaged in modern warehousing and logistics services, real estate development and comprehensive development of production cities. Nanshan Holdings holds about 68.43% of its largest shareholder, China Nanshan Development (Group) Co., Ltd. ("China Nanshan Group", a joint stock limited company incorporated in China, mainly engaged in providing modern integrated logistics services, comprehensive development of production cities, financial services and asset management services). The largest shareholder of China Nanshan Group is China Merchants (Nanshan) Holdings Limited ("China Merchants (Nanshan)"), holding about 36.52% of the shares of China Nanshan Group.
