2. Click "Enterprise Information Filling".
3. After logging in successfully, click "Fill in Annual Report" in the new interface to fill in the annual report. Self-employed, farmers' professional cooperatives do not need to declare "other self-disclosure information reporting" in the annual report.
4. Select the year to fill in, and click Annual Report to enter the annual report online. First fill in the basic information and follow the prompts.
5. Fill in, save and go to the next step according to the page flow, enter the preview and publicity page, browse the information you have filled in, and confirm whether the information you have filled in is wrong again.
6. After confirmation, click Submit and publicize. After submission, the annual report information will be publicized in the publicity system.
The registered items of the business license include: name, address, person in charge, amount of funds, economic composition, business scope, business mode, number of employees, business period, etc. Business licenses are divided into originals and duplicates, which have the same legal effect.
To sum up, the business license is a certificate issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce to prove that an enterprise or individual operator can engage in production and business activities. Its format shall be uniformly stipulated by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Article 7
A company established according to law shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company.
The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of legal representative and other matters.
Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.
