Yin Zhi Media Group, formerly known as Yin Zhi magazine, was founded in June, 1985. In June 2000, the provincial government approved the establishment of Hubei Yin Zhi Periodical Publishing Industry Group Co., Ltd., and in August 2006, with the approval of Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China and the General Administration of Press and Publication, Hubei Yin Zhi Media Group was established.
