Gezhouba Cement Plant is undergoing technical transformation in different places. Where should I choose the new address? Since March last year, the leading group of Gezhouba Cement Plant's technological transformation in different places has carried out dragnet screening for areas along Jiaozhi Railway, Changjing Railway, 207 national highway and Jingmen that basically meet the site selection conditions. Limestone reserves, ore composition, construction of special railway lines, land occupation and demolition ... are all issues they should consider. Finally, the leading group conducted a thorough investigation and evaluation of seven alternative sites, including Xinqiao, and formed first-hand information. Since then, the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, the Economic and Information Committee and other relevant departments have discussed the site selection plan many times. After weighing the pros and cons repeatedly, Siping Village and Man Mei Village in Zilingpu Town were determined as the proposed locations for technical transformation in different places, both of which are located near Gezhouba Jingmen (Zi Ling) Cement Co., Ltd.
The current daily output of Gezhouba Cement Company is 7,500 tons. If one-third of the production capacity is transferred to Zi Ling, what about the remaining two-thirds? This involves the merger and reorganization of Gezhouba, Zhongsha and Jinglan. After the reorganization, the production lines can be merged, and two-thirds (headquarters) of Gezhouba Cement Plant will have a place to go. However, the joint reorganization of the three enterprises encountered considerable difficulties. Jinglan Cement Group requires Gezhouba Cement Company to complete the merger and acquisition of Zhongsha Cement in advance before the implementation of Jinglan reorganization. However, Zhongsha Company denied the holding restructuring model proposed by Gezhouba Cement Company, and proposed that the equity restructuring model must be adopted. At the same time, the two sides have differences on the purchase price. As a result, the cooperation between Gezhouba Cement Company and Zhongsha Company could not be promoted. Since the beginning of this year, Gezhouba Cement Company and Zhongsha Company have started marathon negotiations. With the efforts of many parties, the two companies changed the way of cooperation and decided to reorganize. From "purchase" to "group", it has ushered in a new dawn, but it is not achieved overnight. Since then, the two companies have held many dialogues and consultations on the issue of restructuring.
