Minmetals Securities Brokerage Co., Ltd. is the first securities company in Shenzhen to obtain the standard brokerage qualification. Its predecessor was Shenzhen Jinniu Securities Brokerage Co., Ltd., which was established with the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission Document No.200077. Founded in August 2000, the company is headquartered in Shenzhen. On April 28th, 2004, with the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission, China Minmetals Corporation, one of the 44 large state-owned enterprises directly managed by the central government, became the controlling shareholder of the company, and Minmetals Securities became an important enterprise in the financial strategic layout of China Minmetals Group.
