Application conditions for increasing production and increasing efficiency of industrial enterprises in Shenzhen:
1. Industrial enterprises legally operating in this city (including Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone) and industrial enterprises in this city (including Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone) that can be regarded as legal persons according to the relevant provisions of the National Bureau of Statistics.
2. The applicant is not included in the list of serious untrustworthy subjects.
3. The total industrial output value (10, 1 1 2) of the applicant in the fourth quarter of 2023 is 65433, which is calculated by subtracting the total industrial output value1-12 from the express data.
4. The data shall be subject to the enterprise express data approved by the relevant departments of the municipal government.
5. Meet other conditions stipulated by laws, regulations, rules and normative documents of higher administrative organs.
Reporting and auditing procedures
The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology issued a declaration guide according to the operation process, which clarified the declaration time, handling procedures and other matters. The reporting unit shall, in accordance with the requirements of the reporting guidelines, declare through the designated reporting channels and submit a written declaration to the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology.
The application materials required for the project include: project declaration, business license of the enterprise, copy of ID card of the legal representative, and tax payment certificate of the previous year.
The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology conducts a preliminary examination of the accepted application materials. For the enterprises that have passed the preliminary examination, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology will send them to the relevant departments of the municipal government for data consistency review to ensure consistency with the data submitted by the enterprises to the relevant departments of the municipal government.
According to the evaluation results and the annual budget scale of the special funds for the project support plan, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology will draw up an incentive plan and publicize it to the public for not less than 7 working days. Before the allocation of special funds or without justifiable reasons, the disbursement voucher is not submitted within the prescribed time limit.
