Through consultation, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement for both parties to abide by:
I. Confirmation of Party A's Creditor's Rights
Party A and Party B confirm that Party A's creditor's rights are RMB, including loan principal and interest.
Second, the creditor's rights guarantee
1. Party B will find an underground parking space. Tono Located in Ruijing City, Guang Tai (see the sketch provided by Party B for specific parking space information), each parking space has a total discount of RMB, which is sold to Party A as a guarantee for Party A's creditor's rights for a period of months.
2. Party B has the right to continue to sell the above parking spaces in its own name, and the proceeds can only be used to pay off the debts of Party B referred to in Article 1. Before Party B sells the guaranteed parking space to a third party, Party A shall send a written notice to Party B to cancel the parking space guarantee and agree to the sale.
3. If Party B fails to pay off the debts listed in Article 1 at the expiration of the guarantee period, or Party B's operating conditions deteriorate before the expiration of the guarantee period, or Party B loses or may lose its ability to perform debts, Party B agrees to pay off the debts of Party B referred to in Article 1 at the discount price agreed in Article 2, paragraph 1.
Third, the exclusive effect
This agreement has exclusive effect. If other agreements are inconsistent with this agreement, this agreement shall prevail.
Subject to discussion. The sketch of parking space provided by Party B is an annex to this agreement.
This agreement is made in duplicate and shall come into force as of the date of signature or seal by both parties.
