Punan Expressway Project-Overview
The starting point of the highway is located in Lu Guan Township, Pucheng County, which is at the junction of Fujian and Zhejiang. It is connected with Zhejiang Huangqu Expressway and runs through 5 counties (cities, districts) and 24 townships in Nanping. It connects Nanping section of Jingfu Expressway which has been opened to traffic in Yanping District of Nanping, connecting Wuyishan, Jianyang and Jian 'ou into a line. The total mileage of Punan Expressway is 244.5 kilometers (including 3.846 kilometers of connecting lines), and the connecting line of secondary highway is 1.877 kilometers, which is divided into three contract sections: A, B and C. It is estimated that the total investment will be 9.803 billion yuan, which will be borne by three companies: China Railway 11th Bureau Group, China Railway 15th Bureau Group and China Railway 18th Bureau Group. It is planned to requisition 24349 mu of land within the red line, demolish 20 1 000 square meters of houses, relocate 96.5 kilometers of power poles, relocate 267.2 kilometers of communication poles and relocate 103.2 kilometers of radio and television poles.
Four interchanges are reserved along the whole line, namely, the 1 general interchange in Xushi, Jianyang, the hub interchange connected with Ningwu Expressway in Jiangkou, Jianou Gong Yu and Song Jian Expressway, and the hub interchange connected with Nanping Ring Expressway in Yanping Daheng. There are 13 toll station, 1 monitoring sub-center, 1 communication monitoring station, 5 maintenance work areas and 5 tunnel management stations.
Punan Expressway is 89.025 kilometers long in Pucheng, Fujian Province, which is the contract section. China Railway 11th Bureau is responsible for the construction, and Jiangsu Southeast Traffic Engineering Consulting and Supervision Co., Ltd. is responsible for the supervision. It passes through Lu Guan, Zhongxin, Xianyang, Li Antang, Nanpu, Linjiang and Shibei, with an investment of more than 3.2 billion yuan and four landing points along the route.
The B contract section of Punan Expressway is 86.545 kilometers, with a total investment of about 2.2 billion yuan. The line starts from Zhuyuan Tunnel and ends at Wudun Village, Xudun Town, Jian 'ou City. It was built by China Railway 15th Bureau Group Corporation. At present, the company's personnel and equipment have moved into the construction site.
After fierce competition, China Railway 18th Bureau Group Corporation won the bid for Contract C of Pucheng-Nanping Expressway Project in Fujian Province for 2.599 billion yuan. The winning contract section of Punan Expressway C is 68.42km long, divided into 12 small sections, starting from Wang Dun Village, Xudun Town, Jian 'ou City, with the mileage pile number K 169+000, ending at Contract Section B (pile number K 166+203.595) and ending at Xiaozuo, a suburb of Nanping City. The mileage pile number k 166+203.599 mainly includes: Contract C: Earthwork 105 1. 1.36 million cubic meters, Earthwork 1.34422 million cubic meters; Bridges:11.979.5m /63, of which 9229.8m /29. The extra-large bridges over 500m include Dongankou Bridge with 643.5m× 2, Jian 'ou Bridge with 898m× 2, Yan 'an Bridge with 577m× 2, and Changkeng Bridge with 643.5m× 2, of which, there are (12509m/13 )× 2 tunnels, of which long tunnels (13) × 2. Culvert143; Channel 25; There are two service areas. Key projects include Dongankou Bridge, Jian 'ou Bridge, Huluqiu Tunnel and Nanping North Interchange Main Line Bridge. Difficult projects include Yan 'an Bridge, Changqiao Bridge, Wu Liting 1# Bridge and ramp A Bridge of Nanya Interchange, and key control projects account for 80% of the whole line, including Yan 'an Bridge, Changqiao Bridge, Wu Liting 1# Bridge and Huluqiu Tunnel. Punan Expressway Project-Construction Significance
Punan Expressway is the second expressway in northern Fujian. After completion, it only takes more than four hours to drive from Pucheng to Fuzhou. After the project starts, it will directly stimulate the potential consumption demand of more than 43 billion yuan, with an average annual investment of more than 3 billion yuan, and boost GDP growth by 7 ~ 10 percentage points, which will become a new driving force for economic growth in northern Fujian in the next few years. According to the relevant leaders of the local Pucheng county government, the construction of Punan Expressway is not only an important deployment for the reunification of the motherland between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, but also an important combination of developing mountainous areas in northern Fujian and promoting tourism resources in East China, effectively promoting the great economic cooperation between northern Fujian and East China. The construction of Punan Expressway will promote the development of tourism in northern Fujian, support the tourism economic circle with Wuyishan as the center, and promote the joint development of tourism resources in East China with Wuyishan, Huangshan and Hangzhou as the leaders. Punan Expressway is connected to the Yangtze River Delta in the north and the Pearl River Delta and Minnan Golden Triangle in the south. Its construction has further improved the traffic conditions in northern Fujian, optimized the investment environment, promoted the development and opening up of areas along the line, further improved the transportation network in Fujian Province, and made Nanping a better undertaking point for the interactive development between the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Strait and the Yangtze River Delta and an extension area radiating inland.
