According to the amount of funds needed, it can be divided into operating franchise, operating franchise and investment franchise. Scope of business General items refer to the commodity categories, varieties and service items that the state allows enterprises to produce and operate, which reflect the content and direction of business activities, the legal boundary of the scope of business activities of enterprises, and the core content of the civil rights and capacity of enterprises. Business scope refers to the production, operation and service items that an enterprise can engage in, and is a required item when applying for company registration.
Business scope is the legal boundary of enterprise's business activities. The specific description of the business scope should use standard terms and cannot be written at will. It is suggested to refer to the classification of national economy and industry published by the National Bureau of Statistics to make the business scope more accurate, clear and easy to understand. The business scope of the company is divided into general business projects and licensed business projects. No unit or individual other than an enterprise may engage in franchise activities as a franchisor.
