Peking University Weiming Lake is the largest artificial lake in the campus of Peking University, located in the north-central part of the campus. The shape is u-shaped. There is a stone fish sculpture in Hunan, and there is an island in the middle of the lake, which is connected with the north bank by a bridge. There is a stone boat at the southern end of the central island of the lake. On the banks of Hunan, there are Zhong Ting, Linhuxuan, flower beds and Snow Tomb. There is Boya Tower on the east bank, which is one of the landmark landscapes of Peking University.
Peking University Computing Center was established in 1963. It is an entity integrating computing center, management information center and network center, and it is a large-scale comprehensive laboratory of the whole school.
