The project is influenced by the surrounding environment, and the environment has certain constraints on the implementation of the project, such as considering the compatibility with other projects, the technologies and development concepts that must be adopted, and so on. The first day is orientation training. The training for newcomers is to help them integrate into Jingzhi's big family and get started quickly. In addition, the group cultural training and the company's education and training for newcomers serve as guiding courses to familiarize them with the core values, culture and basic work processes of the group.

According to the company's organizational strategy, there are courses for employees' core functions. In order to make the employees of the whole company move towards the organizational goals, there are also corresponding courses to strengthen the core functions of employees, such as communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills. In order to improve employees' work efficiency, Jingzhi Electronics has also planned a series of professional training courses in management and various functions, such as time management, basic process introduction, R&D ability introduction and English ability improvement course, to strengthen employees' work skills.

This day was spent in course study and examination. In the afternoon, the company assigned us new employees, and I was assigned to P 13 Molding and Living Department. Under normal circumstances, I need to work overtime at night, but because I am a new employee, I will leave work early and report to the assigned department tomorrow.

It's finally time to get to work. I went to the molding livelihood department, where I learned the role of the molding livelihood department, mainly to control the injection molding machine and make the desired products. Injection molding is a process in which the molten plastic is injected into the pre-designed closed mold cavity by using the fluid that the plastic raw material becomes molten after heating, and the required product is obtained after cooling by using the pressure and speed of the injection molding machine.

The boss introduced me to my colleagues who worked together, and then let me know what I need to know at work. This has taught me a lot. Since then, I have entered this big family.

As a project, we should not only understand the workflow we do, but also strengthen our sense of responsibility. Only in this way can we better make the product requirements that customers want to achieve. What I usually do is to make pictures of the setting parameters of the injection molding machine, record what molding conditions each mold needs, and bind them into a book, so that later people can get started faster. I see what new products need to be documented every day. If there is anything, I will go to the workshop to find the injection molding machine that is producing products, take pictures of its parameters, and then go back to the office to save it in Excel format. After making the process parameter document, you need to see which mold is used for this product, how to arrange the waterway diagram of this mold, and draw it in the format of Excel table. Then we need to see if this product needs a hot runner map. If it needs a hot runner map, we will go to the workshop to find the temperature control box and timing controller on the injection molding machine that is producing products, shoot them into a picture format, and then make an Excel table. So a complete process planning is completed. The following is to print out these documents and bind them into a book. For future generations to use. This is one of the projects I need to do during my internship.

More importantly, I need to go to each injection molding machine to see how many tons of machines it is, and then measure what size positioning ring is needed. The function of the positioning ring is to keep the nozzle of the injection molding machine in the middle position and inject plastic into the mold cavity in the fixed hole. Find out what kind of locating ring each machine needs, and send it to the mold factory in the company in the form of internal entrustment sheet to make the corresponding locating ring. When it is made, we will be told to get it. After taking it back, we should put a label on each locating ring so that we can easily find the required locating ring next time. When installing different molds, it is also necessary to measure the length of the ejector rod required for each injection molding machine. The function of the ejector pin is to push the product out of the mold slot during mold opening and injection molding, which is convenient for the manipulator to take out the product. Let's talk about the manipulator first. The manipulator is a tool used to take the mold out of the injection molding machine. It is pneumatically controlled. In a normal production system, it needs to run efficiently. The manipulator can accurately take out the product. Of course, the manipulator is made by technicians. When the length and thickness of the thimble are determined, it needs to be made and labeled internally. The ejector pin screw also needs to be determined and made through the above steps. Store them in the spare parts room for replacement when the existing spare parts are damaged. This is another project that I need to do during my internship.
